Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all MapleMock orders, which handles payments, cancellations and refunds.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or granted under Paddle's Refund Policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have a statutory right to cancel and receive a refund (for example, consumers in the EU and UK may withdraw within 14 days unless they agreed at checkout to start using MapleMock immediately).

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period and will not renew.
